The Organization

About Us

Timoun Tèt Ansanm was created by the Religious of the Sacred Heart of Jesus in collaboration with a small group of local Haitians in 2001. It offers creative educational programs for 325 children ages 7-12 as well as for the 60 teenagers and young adults who work with them. The participants come from the town of Verrettes, in the Artibonite region, and from several towns in the surrounding mountains. The name “Timoun Tèt Ansanm” means "children putting their heads together".
